These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made from Upperoom Fragrances, including orders placed through our website, Instagram, WhatsApp, direct message, or any other approved communication channel.

By placing an order, confirming a product, making payment, accepting delivery, or using our website, you confirm that you understand and agree to these terms.

Important: These terms are designed to keep the purchase process clear, fair, and professional for both the customer and Upperoom Fragrances.

Upperoom Fragrances sells authentic colognes and fragrances. We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product names, bottle sizes, fragrance concentrations, product images, scent descriptions, and product details.

  • Product packaging may vary slightly due to manufacturer updates, batch differences, or supplier presentation.
  • Fragrance performance can vary based on skin type, weather, storage, and application method.
  • Scent descriptions and comparisons are provided as helpful guidance and should not be treated as guaranteed results for every customer.
  • Customers are responsible for reviewing the product name, size, and concentration before confirming an order.

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation by Upperoom Fragrances. A product appearing on our website or social media does not guarantee that it is still in stock at the exact time a customer places an order.

  • An order is only considered confirmed after Upperoom Fragrances verifies availability and confirms the order details.
  • We may cancel or refuse an order where there is a stock error, pricing error, suspected fraud, incorrect customer information, or delivery limitation.
  • If an unavailable product has already been paid for, we will contact the customer to arrange a suitable solution.

All prices are listed in Jamaican Dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices may be updated at any time due to supplier costs, stock changes, promotions, delivery arrangements, or business updates.

  • The final confirmed price will be communicated before the order is completed.
  • Accepted payment methods may include cash on delivery, bank transfer, or other approved payment methods.
  • For prepaid orders, proof of payment may be required before the order is dispatched.
  • Customers must ensure payment information is accurate when sending payment confirmation.

Upperoom Fragrances offers delivery options based on customer location, product availability, and the delivery method selected or approved at the time of order.

  • Customers must provide accurate delivery information, including name, contact number, location, and directions where necessary.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, courier availability, public holidays, or customer response time.
  • Customers must be available to receive the product at the agreed delivery time and location.
  • If the customer chooses the wrong product and requests a replacement after delivery has started or been completed, a re-delivery fee may apply.

Customers must check their product immediately upon receiving it from the bearer or delivery representative. This includes checking the product name, bottle, packaging, visible condition, and whether the item matches the confirmed order.

  • Any visible damage, wrong item, or concern must be reported immediately upon receipt.
  • Customers should notify Upperoom Fragrances right away and provide clear photos or videos where necessary.
  • If a customer accepts the product without reporting a visible issue at handover, later claims may be declined where the concern cannot reasonably be verified.
Customer Reminder: Please inspect the fragrance before completing the handover. This helps genuine concerns be handled quickly and fairly.

Due to the personal-use nature of fragrances, we do not offer exchanges or refunds for change of mind, dislike of scent after purchase, incorrect customer selection, or products that have been opened, sprayed, used, damaged after handover, or altered by the customer.

  • Exchange or refund requests may be considered where the product is proven to be faulty, damaged before handover, or not the product that was confirmed in the order.
  • Customers must report issues immediately upon receiving the product and provide supporting evidence when requested.
  • Products must remain in the condition received while the matter is being reviewed.
  • Approved solutions may include correction, replacement, exchange, or refund where required and appropriate.
Fair Policy: These terms are not intended to remove any customer rights that may apply under Jamaican law.

For orders sent through Knutsford Express, customers must ensure that all order details are correct before dispatch, including product name, size, customer name, branch location, and contact information.

  • Knutsford Express orders may require payment before dispatch.
  • Once an order has been dropped off and dispatched, it cannot be exchanged or refunded for change of mind, wrong customer selection, or failure to collect on time.
  • Customers are responsible for collecting the package according to Knutsford Express procedures and timelines.
  • If there is a proven issue with the product supplied, the matter must be reported as soon as the customer receives the item, with clear supporting evidence.

Customers and visitors agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse, copy, interfere with, damage, attempt to hack, scrape, or disrupt any part of the website, checkout process, product listings, images, branding, or content.
