Every order is prepared with attention to detail. Customers are encouraged to review their fragrance immediately upon delivery to ensure everything is correct before the handover is completed.

Delivery Options

We offer flexible delivery options based on location, order type, and customer preference.

Available for selected local areas. Customers should be available at the agreed delivery point and should inspect the product immediately when received.

Island-wide delivery options may be arranged through courier or Knutsford Express depending on the customer’s location and preferred method.

Important Notice

Customers are required to check their fragrance right away when it is received from the bearer. This helps ensure that any concern is handled immediately and fairly.

Check Product Immediately

Please inspect the product, packaging, fragrance name, and item condition as soon as it is received.

Report Damage Right Away

Damaged products must be reported immediately upon exchange from the bearer. Late damage claims may be dismissed.

Confirm Before Completion

Once the handover is completed without any issue being raised, the product is considered accepted by the customer.

Delivery Rules

These rules are in place to protect both the customer and Upperoom Fragrances by making each delivery clear and properly confirmed.

For the smoothest experience, ensure your order details, delivery location, contact number, and fragrance choice are correct before dispatch.
There are no delivery fees on default orders for select areas unless otherwise stated before confirmation. Any special delivery arrangement, redelivery request, or location-based exception will be communicated before the order is finalized.
If a customer chooses the wrong product and realizes upon delivery that they would like to exchange it for another fragrance, a delivery fee will be charged to redeliver the customer’s preferred product.
Damaged products must be reported immediately upon exchange from the bearer. Customers should inspect the item right away. If damage is reported after the delivery is completed and the bearer has left, the query may be dismissed.
No refunds or exchanges are available upon Knutsford Express deliveries. Once the order has been dispatched through Knutsford Express, the customer is responsible for ensuring the correct item was selected before dispatch.
Customers should be reachable by phone or WhatsApp during the delivery period. If a customer is unavailable, provides incorrect details, or requests a redelivery, additional arrangements or fees may apply.
