Before The Handoff Is Completed

Please take a moment to check your fragrance while the order is being handed over. This is the best time to confirm that the item, box, and bottle are all in good condition.

Delivery Options

The delivery method depends on your location and the option selected at checkout.

Local Bearer Delivery

Available for selected local areas. Please keep your phone nearby so the bearer can reach you when needed.

Island-Wide Options

Orders outside local delivery areas may be sent through courier or Knutsford Express, depending on the selected method.

Order Confirmation

Before dispatch, make sure your name, phone number, delivery location, and fragrance choice are correct.

Handoff Check

Once your order is accepted without a concern being raised, it may be treated as received in good condition. Please check it before the bearer leaves.

Delivery Rules

These rules help keep each delivery fair, clear, and easy to manage.

Have a question about your area or delivery method? Message us before placing the order so we can guide you properly.
There are no delivery fees on default orders within selected delivery areas unless a different arrangement is confirmed before the order is finalized. Special requests, redelivery, or areas outside our selected delivery zones may require an additional fee.
If the wrong fragrance was selected by the customer and an exchange is requested at delivery, a redelivery fee will apply for the correct product to be delivered.
Damage must be reported at the time of handoff. If the bearer has already left and the order was accepted without concern, the claim may be dismissed.
Refunds or exchanges are not available for orders sent through Knutsford Express. Please confirm the correct fragrance and recipient details before dispatch.
Please remain reachable by phone or WhatsApp during the delivery period. If we cannot reach you or the delivery details are incorrect, redelivery or extra arrangements may come with an additional fee.
