Eligible Exchanges

Exchange requests may be reviewed when the item condition and order issue qualify.

An exchange may be considered if the item meets the required condition and the concern is reported within a reasonable time after receiving the order.

  • The wrong fragrance was delivered (Company's fault).
  • The item arrived damaged.
  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • The customer has proof of purchase or order confirmation.

Items Not Eligible

Some items may not qualify due to hygiene, product condition, or completed order status.

To maintain quality and hygiene standards, some items may not qualify for exchange or refund.

  • Opened or used fragrances.
  • Items with damaged or missing packaging caused after delivery.
  • Products returned without proof of purchase.
  • Change-of-mind returns after the order has been completed.
  • Concerns based only on scent preference after the fragrance has been opened or used.
Fragrance preference is personal. Customers are encouraged to confirm fragrance details before ordering, especially if they are trying a scent for the first time.

Wrong or Damaged Item

Incorrect or damaged orders should be reported as soon as possible after delivery.

If you receive the wrong fragrance or an item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. Customers may be asked to provide clear photos or videos of the item, packaging, and order details.

Once reviewed, Upperoom Fragrances may offer a replacement, exchange, store credit, or another suitable solution based on the situation.

Refunds

Refunds are reviewed case by case when an issue cannot be resolved another way.

Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. A refund may be considered where an order issue cannot be resolved through exchange, replacement, or store credit.

Refunds may not be available for opened, used, or damaged items unless the issue was clearly caused before the customer received the product.

Order Cancellations

Orders MAY be cancelled before they are processed.

Once an order has already been dispatched or prepared for delivery, cancellation may no longer be available. Customers should contact us quickly if they need to make changes to an order.

Delivery & Delivery Fees

There are no delivery fees for orders within the selected areas available for delivery.

A delivery fee will be added to orders requested outside of our selected areas for delivery.

Delivery fees may be non-refundable once a delivery service has already been arranged or completed.

If an exchange is approved, any additional delivery cost will depend on the reason for the exchange and the delivery method used.

If the customer chooses the wrong product(s) and realizes upon delivery and wants an exchange, a delivery fee will be charged to re-deliver the customer's correct product(s) of choice.
